This is the absolute insanely delicious easiest keto chocolate mug cake!!

When I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes, this saved me so many times from wanting to eat junk. It satisfied my sweet tooth and I loved that it was simple ingredients I already had in my kitchen. As for sweeteners, I prefer Monk fruit. I also love to add Lillys chocolate chips and nuts inside and as a topping. My favorites are almonds and walnuts!

I still make these weekly for treats because of how healthy and delicious they are but still high-protein. You can even add a scoop of protein powder instead of the straight up cocoa powder. I love pairing it with my favorite ice cream. For blood sugar friendly I love Rebel brand and Coconut bliss!
