In the story of Jesus feeding the 5,000, (John 6) the fish and bread that boy had was most likely prepared but his mom. Without his mom taking care of him he wouldn’t have it to share and the miracle be fulfilled.
Wow! What a concept this is!
Our value as moms goes way behind our mundane tasks of life. But even in those, we can be a vessel in changing the world. This story has been one told to me many times as a child, but it wasn’t until I heard this, that it changed for me and became personal.
God uses moms in so many ways. Our lasting impact on our children goes beyond what we can even imagine.
