š„š¤©This is on of our go-to meals! Itās an easy Thai dish a sweet lady taught me and will forever be a family favorite!!
INGREDIENTS:
1lb ground beef
1/3 of onion diced small
2-3 TBSp- fish sauce(depending on taste preference
1 bunch of chopped cilantro
1-2 TBSP of lime juice
*Pepper to taste if a little spicy is desired
Brown the beef and onion together. Then turn to low and add in fish sauce stir for 2 mins. Turn off heat and immediately add cilantro and stir till mixed in well. Then add lime juice. Serve with cauliflower rice or if not low carb- regular rice, and thatās it!! Sooooo good. Enjoy!šāš©š¤¤
