I love a good pair of white pants. They’re a great transient piece to have in your closet and come in all cuts and fits. Especially in the spring and summer, they’re a great addition to outfits with bright or bold colors. The way they are able to complement a lot of different tones and make any outfit look more put together and stand out is stellar.
It’s best to have a pair of white jeans and a pair of white dress slacks.
That way you have a pair for everyday wear and for dressier occasions. I love wearing white dress slacks with a blouse, heels or wedges, and a blazer. And for casual days, I enjoy sporting white jeans, a cute t-shirt or blouse, and sneakers or sandals. These classy pants are a staple in my closet and are a really easy go-to pant when I have a fun bolder color I’m pairing with them. They also go really well with pastels too!
So I was on a hunt for a good pair and after doing some research I finally found THE perfect ones. THE CHELSIE WHITE JEANS from Pink Lily have completely stolen my heart and my closet. They are crisp white and have great denim feel but do have stretch. They also have fly buttons and a distressed hem. They are true to size, and in my opinion, are worth every penny!! I will link some other great white jeans as well that are a lower price. I’m also including a few maternity ones, I wore them in the summer when I was pregnant!
As for a pair of dress slacks, I’ve had this pair of Anne Klein pants for years now and love them. If you are looking to invest in a pair to wear often, they are excellent. Now if you’re wanting a more affordable pair and they are just to wear less often, I am linking many below as well that are just good to keep in your closet.
One other note, their is some hearsay about not wearing white pants after Labor Day and in the winter. I personally will occasionally wear them in the winter. Especially with a bold color sweater I definitely think its a classy winter look. So there just my 2 cents on it haha!
But anyways, I hope this gives you a little inspiration with wearing white jeans and slacks. I will be wearing them a lot more this summer. If you’d like to see more ways, you can follow me on Instagram!
