Easy Denim DIY

I

DIY! (Do It Yourself)
I’m so excited today because I get to share with you all a fun fashion DIY project!

I don’t know about y’all but I have a lot of jeans that I love because of the fit and feel. However, that being said, a lot of them are plain and don’t have much character to them‍‍. Soooo, I decided to take my jeans and add a little flare to them! It’s a great way to bring a little bit to a mundane pair of jeans and make them look like new. The great thing about this project is that it only requires a little hand sewing and is a great project for a beginner sewer.

Materials Needed:✂🎀
Pair of Jeans
Your choice of Lace
Faux Costume Pearls
Sewing Needle
Thread
Scissors

To begin, I cut and hand sewed a large hem of lace on the edge of the back pocket.

Next, I sewed a little piece on the front pocket on the inside part, so it was just peeking out.

And then for a little edgy touch, I sewed on 4 pearls on the curve of the opposite front pocket.

And that’s it! It’s so easy but really adds a lot! I loved it, it was exactly what they needed.
If you have any questions please feel free to ask, I would love to help in any way I can!
