I loooove fajitas. Like love them. The sizzling hot peppers and onions, the good meat, and all three toppings *chefs kiss*. But the killer when it comes to them staying low carb/healthy is the corn tortillas. You can’t just have 1 cause they’re so small. And if you try to just sub for the taco salad it’s not the same. Am I right?!
Well, I have since going low carb discovered siete almond flour tortillas. They’re slightly bigger than a corn tortilla and you can load one of those puppy’s up! I love the taste they have fried in a little bit of oil, and with the fiber they have they’re a great substitute!

They cook so evenly, make everything just a little more yummy, and are so easy to clean after. I typically use mine 4 times a week and do a good wash on them once a week. The quality is there and the ease of use is impressive.
